Where do I park and do I have to pay for parking?
The best place to park is in the Chase parking lot on Ionia. If you have scheduled an appointment to purchase from us, sell to us, or have your items evaluated by us we will reimburse you for parking.
What type of items do you purchase?
Jade Rare Coin purchases US coins and paper currency, proof sets, mint sets, silver, gold, platinum and palladium coins, rounds and bars, unwanted gold and silver jewelry, dental gold and sterling silver flatware as well as some collectible foreign coins and all types of silver and gold coins. We also buy tokens, medals, additional forms of exonumia and more.
How do I purchase coins from your website?
If there is a coin you are interested in purchasing, call us or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. Please do not send payment until an order is confirmed.
Do you sell gold and silver coins?
Yes-we have gold and silver coins, bars and rounds available for purchase. Call 616-742-0134 for availability and pricing.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted for coins purchased from our website. We have a thirty day return policy for non gold coins and a seven day return policy for certified gold coins. If you are not satisfied with a coin you have purchased from us, contact us and we will refund 100% of the purchase price once we have received the coin. There are no restocking fees, however buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. This return policy does not extend to bullion purchases.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, checks, and money orders. We also accept PayPal for purchases of coins and currency featured on our website. PayPal accounts must be verified and we will only ship to a confirmed address.
